Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Used products

• Opened products

• Customised or personalised products

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
